    Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months.
  • A recent color photograph.
  • A personal bank statement showing a minimum equivalent amount of USD $2000.
  • The statement must cover the last 3 months and include your name,

  • Evidence of share ownership of at least Rp10,000,000,000.00 (ten billion rupiah) or equivalent in the guarantor company listed in the Ministry of Investment / Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board.
